Emblaze Studio’s late-August project files trace the visual direction and content brief for Robert Pella’s 2026 campaign site. The work includes updated hero and footer artwork, plus several short-video thumbnail treatments.
The design brief called for a higher-resolution hero than the earlier grainy banner, with campaign text layered over the image so headings and links could remain readable and editable. An August 26 asset shows a wide purple-and-gold composition with Robert’s portrait; companion footer treatments carried the palette through the page. Several short-video thumbnail versions followed on August 27.
Alongside the artwork, the content brief grouped the visitor journey around “Meet Robert,” “My Commitments,” voter registration, vote by mail, and ways to get involved. Those directions gave the Basic Site a clear campaign structure while leaving room for quick updates as information changed.
This late-August creative stage set up the later site refresh, which refined the commitments into distinctive cards and improved mobile presentation. It shows the utility of a focused Basic Site: the campaign can evolve its message and artwork without rebuilding the whole experience.
