Recent work on the S.V. La Costa Business Site improved product catalogue administration and the way customer enquiries are acknowledged.
Recent catalogue work gave staff clearer feedback when saving product information. The save path now handles a submitted form even when the browser omits the Save button field, while retaining its security checks and preserving entered values when an error needs correction.
Customers using the contact or product enquiry forms now see a confirmation page after an accepted submission. The confirmation can show a reference for follow-up, and a product selection is cleared only after the enquiry has been accepted. If immediate email notification is delayed, the page says so instead of claiming that the message was delivered by email.
These are practical Business Site improvements. The product catalogue is not just display content: it connects staff editing, customer questions, and response workflows in one business-facing website.
